Why we're differentBack in 2005, we looked around Kirksville and realized there was a huge niche that needed to be filled. The other companies that managed properties were also brokerages. This means any time they spend helping a tenant with a problem or a potential tenant in finding a new home was time taken away from their "real" job. At APA, all we do is property management. We don't have a slew of listing that we need to sell to distract us from what we're good at, making tenants happy. We just want to make the lives of our tenants and the owners of the properties as simple and hassle free as possible.
Finding a Property
Finding a property is as easy as a click of a mouse. Using the search tool you can browse our inventory and find homes that you are interested in. Once you find a property that you are interested in, you can use the "Contact Us" section to get ahold of one of our rental agents and arrange a showing at a time that fits into your schedule. You can even fill out a rental application online so once you do find that perfect home, you will be one step ahead in the tenant approval proccess.
Current TenantsOur efforts for you don't stop when you settle into your home. In our tenant section, you will be able to view your current account balances, see your payment history, and even make a payment electronically. Additionally, our rental agents are incredibly responsive to any phone call from a tenant, always expect a call back within one business day. In the unlikely event something does go wrong
with your home, you will be astounded by how quickly we solve the
problem for you.
